Important: The following assumes you’ve already received your ETL+ email registration. Please contact your DataSelf Seller if you don’t have it yet.
1. ETL+ Pre-Installation checklist: DataSelf ETL+ Pre-Installation
2. Download the ETL+ Installer from DataSelf ETL+ Download Links and save it in any Windows folder.
3. Run the ETL+ Installer (DataSelfETL_Setup.msi) and follow the prompts.
When prompted to select a Windows user to run the DataSelf Agent Service: you can leave the default option if this installation will not extract data on a schedule from sources that require Windows Authentication. Otherwise, select This Account
and enter the credentials for a password-not-to-expire user with local Windows Admin rights with read rights from your source system(s).

4. Run DataSelf ETL+ from your Desktop shortcut or from your Start → DataSelf ETL Plus menu.
5. Product Registration / Public IP Whitelisting: This is only required if your IP hasn’t been whitelisted yet.

Connect to Your Data Warehouse for the First Time
By default, ETL+ comes pre-linked to a data warehouse and it shouldn’t be changed. If you need to change it to another SQL database, from the ETL page → Settings → Data Warehouse, and then configure the connection strings to your own data warehouse.
