Changes to Acumatica underlying DAC level and GIs can break ETL pre-mapped GI extractions. 

Problem: 

  • Changes to Acumatica underlying DAC level and GIs can break ETL pre-mapped GI extractions. 

  • We don't know exactly what Acumatica changes can cause such GI issues. 

Fix: 

When hitting OData obscure data extraction issues, do the following before escalating the issue:

  • For backup purposes, duplicate the ETL table having GI weird extraction issues

  • Delete the ETL table

  • Re-map the table into ETL

  • Re-import the table
