Budget 15 minutes for the following steps:

  • Create an Acumatica user name and password for DataSelf: Create an Acumatica user (preferably, name it dataself) with roles: Administrator, BI, Customizer, DashboardDesigner, ReportDesigner, WikiAdmin. Click here for help.

  • Upload DataSelf Generic Inquiries (GIs) to your Acumatica: Click here for DataSelf GIs & instructions.

  • Follow the next steps according to your Acumatica setup:

    • Acumatica available over the internet

      • When you receive your DataSelf Analytics order confirmation from DataSelf, reply with:

        • Your Acumatica URL: ex: https://mycorp.acumatica.com/

        • Acumatica Tenant Name: ex.: My Corp.

        • User name and password for the DataSelf user created above.

      • Within a business day, you’ll receive instructions to access your DataSelf Analytics portal.

    • Acumatica behind a firewall

      • You’ll receive your DataSelf Analytics order confirmation from DataSelf with instructions to install DataSelf ETL+ behind your firewall to do the data extraction. Budget 15 minutes to follow those instructions.
