Tableau Desktop Installations

You may install one copy of the DataSelf Desktop (Tableau OEM Desktop) on one primary computer and a second copy on a secondary portable or home computer for each authorized named-user.

A named-user license means that every person must have his/her own DataSelf Desktop license key.

If users’ primary installations are on a shared environment (like a Citrix or a remote desktop server) the licenses are tied to each user’s login, such that only these named-users will be able to run the software.  These users still can also install it on a secondary portable or home computer.
