Installation Checklist

  1. Click here to fill out the DataSelf Analytics Deployment Form.

  2. Click here for ETL+ pre-installation.

  3. You must have NetSuiteAnalytics ODBC add-on to grant ETL+ read access to your data. Click the next link for more info: NetSuite ODBC Setup

  4. Make NetSuite a data source for ETL+. See below.

  5. Test the connection, load data and verify the right number of records loaded from NewSuite to the data warehouse (the target). See below.

  6. Optional. Put the loading process on a schedule.

ETL+ Connection to NetSuite

  1. If you haven’t installed ETL+ yet: ETL+ Deployment Instructions.

  2. Login to ETL+ (help here).

  3. On the ETL main page, right-click NetSuite on the left panel → Properties.

  4. On the ODBC Data Sources page, select the correct ODBC Name from the list.

    1. ODBC requiring credentials: double-click the ODBC nameenter credentialsConnect.

  5. You might leave the Alias as is, or customize it.

  6. Click Connect.

  7. You’ll get back to the ETL page and see tables under the NetSuite source on the left panel.

Testing a Table Load

Right-click a table on ETL main page’s center panel → Load Now.

Level 1 Testing

The Level 1 Testing checks if the data extraction process finished successfully and row count per extracted table matches with NetSuite’s table row counts.

ETL+ must have already loaded your data manually or scheduled.
