”Jeff logged into his Tableau Online website and did MFA.”
What does this mean to a client?

What is the URL? Why is it “his … website”? Credentials required for instance?

Jeff got an email from Austin from Tableau on how to set up his Tableau Online website with MFA.
He set this up before Joni and I got on the call.
When we got on the call, Jeff logged into his Tableau Online website and did MFA.
Then he opened Tableau Desktop (retail), he put his registration information. Then he clicked on where it said Activate Tableau at the top.
Then a new screen opened and he clicked on "Activate by signing in on a server". And then he clicked on where it said Tableau Cloud.
Then his Tableau Cloud screen opened up and he put in his login credentials and did his MFA again. And then filled in a Registration screen again.
At this point, Tableau Desktop became registered and Tableau Desktop opened up, and he just had to set the Server url to our Tableau Server URL.
Then we closed Tableau Desktop and reopened it, to make sure it would still open up without issues.
